Diabetes :At the present time there are approximately 194 million people suffering from diabetes worldwide. Ni number is expected to rise to 333 million by 2025.Onganisasi World Health (WHO) estimated there will be 10,000,000 people of Indonesia attacked by diabetes in 2025. 

Heart disease :Heart disease and stroke is expected to be a major factor in the physical death and disability worldwide by 2020, with the estimated number of cases will increase by more than 20 million to 24 million annually by 2030.(A Has of Heart Diseases and Stroke, WHO, Sept 2004) 

Cancer :Cancer has resulted in 71 million deaths each year (12.5% ​​and total worldwide).The number of new cases annually is expected to rise and 10 million in 2000 to 15 million in 2020.Kanken death factor is the 2nd largest after cardiovascular disease in developing countries.Approximately 20 million people have been stricken with cancer; and this number is expected to rise by 30 million by 2020.
